Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the courier's website.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MGE Marketplace is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@mgemarketplace.co.za and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
